应用形态学方法,对比观察了吡喹酮、甲苯咪唑和阿苯哒唑对微小膜壳绦虫的杀伤作用。结果表明:吡喹酮作用强而迅速,虫体表皮破损,节片严重溃蚀;甲苯咪唑和阿苯哒唑的作用较弱而缓慢,为临床用药提供了参考。对三种药物的作用机制进行了探讨。
Morphological methods were used to compare the killing effects of praziquantel, mebendazole and albendazole against tapeworm. The results showed that praziquantel was strong and rapid, the epidermis of the parasites was damaged and the segments were severely corroded. The effects of mebendazole and albendazole were weaker and slower, which provided a reference for clinical application. The mechanism of action of three kinds of drugs is discussed.
