瑞雪兆丰年,元旦刚过,笔者来到雷沃农业装备收获机械工厂总装一车间,车间内一派热火朝天的景象,每隔几分钟就会有一台崭新的收割机下线,生产线旁的工人师傅们在紧张有序地工作着,气扳机的轰鸣声不绝于耳……雷沃农业装备收获机械工厂制造部张部长说:“1月份小麦机生产计划达到往年的3、4月份的订单数量,工厂在对人员、零部件、设备等资源进行系统筹划后,从1月5日起,总装一车间及工序车间开始实行双班生产,确保月度生产计划的按时完成”。

After systematic planning of resources such as personnel, parts, and equipment, starting from January 5th, the assembly workshop and process shop will start double-shift production to ensure that the monthly production plan is completed on time.
