化學瓷是硬質瓷的一種,通常用以製造各種實驗器皿和需要耐温、耐侵蝕的工業用品,如坩堝、蒸發皿、漏斗、研鉢、過濾板、燃燒管、燃燒舟及噴火嘴等。就實用的要求來說,優良的化學瓷應具備下列諸性能: (1)能耐急冷、急熱的温度變化。 (2)玻化完全,氣孔率接近於零。 (3)釉質在1000℃——1100℃的高温下,須不致熔化。
Chemical porcelain is a type of hard porcelain that is commonly used to make various types of laboratory utensils and industrial products that require temperature and corrosion resistance, such as crucibles, evaporating dishes, funnels, mortars, filter plates, burner tubes, combustion boats, and spray nozzles. In terms of practical requirements, excellent chemical porcelain should have the following properties: (1) can be resistant to rapid changes in temperature, heat.
