苧蔴是一种多年生的技术作物,每年可收获三次,其纖維長度、强力等皆比一般天然纖維优異,是紡织工業中主要原料之一。在我国長江流域以及珠江流域各省,皆大量种植着。我国的苧蔴产量在世界上居第一位。目前各产地所存在的严重問題,主要是收割后手工剝皮刮制的效率很低,費工費时极大,又加以每次收获期只有十天左右,如不能及时收剥,不仅影响下一季的产量,而且使纖維的品質受到影响。为了解决这一問題,我們根据本院1958年研究計划,在湖北阳新县和四川达县兩个苧蔴主要产地,进行了新鮮苧蔴不經剥制的直接脫膠試驗。試驗中所采用的脫膠方法为化学碱煮法。所用苧蔴皆为当地所普遍种植的大叶綠、小叶綠、白大叶
Ramie is a perennial technical crop that can be harvested three times a year. Its fiber length and strength are all superior to those of natural fiber. At present, the serious problems existing in each place of production are mainly that the efficiency of manual skinning and scraping after harvesting is very low and the time-consuming work is extremely time-consuming. In order to solve this problem, according to the 1958 research project of our hospital, we conducted the direct degumming test of fresh ramie without stripping at the two main areas of ramie in Yangxin County, Hubei Province and Daxian County, Sichuan Province.
