高校英语教师专业素质的提升和教学质量的改善离不开相关知识的补充和升级,其中与英语教学关系最为密切的就是英语实践性知识。实现英语实践性知识的优化升级方式多种多样,教师进修是其中的一种传统方式,而伴随互联网技术发展而产生的在线课程,更是为高校教师不断充实自身创设了一个新平台。鉴于此,在深入分析了高校英语教师通过在线学习平台学习和积累实践性知识、构建相关知识体系的可能性和必要性的基础上,提出从自我控制和环境控制两方面,完善高校英语教师专业和教学知识体系。
The improvement of professional quality of college English teachers and the improvement of teaching quality can not be separated from the supplement and upgrade of relevant knowledge. Among them, the most closely related to English teaching is English practical knowledge. There are a variety of ways to optimize and upgrade practical English knowledge. Teacher training is one of the traditional ways. However, the online courses that accompany the development of Internet technology create a new platform for university teachers to continuously enrich themselves. In view of this, on the basis of deeply analyzing the possibility and necessity of college English teachers learning and accumulating practical knowledge through online learning platform and constructing relevant knowledge system, this paper proposes to improve college English teachers’ professionalism from self-control and environmental control And teaching knowledge system.
