眼科使用光谱蓝绿色部分的氩激光治疗血管性疾病有显著的进展。因此可用激光治疗玻璃体纤维血管形成的病人。本文观察了外伤后眼内出血机化期、并有纤维血管膜患者8例,年龄25～35岁。伤后4个月的2例,6个月的4例,12～14个月的2例。8例的视力都不超过正确光定位,检查证实有扁平视网膜脱离的2例。玻璃体切除术的经验证明,损伤新生血管不可避免要引起术中或术后3～6天内出血。因此,在术前2～9天,用激光凝固晶体后膜的血管1～2次以闭合新生血管,作为玻璃体切除前的必要准备。
