The 5th Annual Heat Treatment Conference of Jiangsu Province was held in Wuxi from November 7 to November 1990. A total of 78 academic papers were exchanged at the conference. Liu Xie, Senior Secretary of the Chinese Society for Heat Treatment, Senior Engineer and Secretary-General Sheng Chaowu, separately made a special report entitled “Management System for Heat Treatment Production” and “Problems and Localization Problems in Introducing Heat Treatment Technology and Equipment”.
