当前,图书馆事业的发展正处在转轨的新时期,现代信息技术在图书馆的广泛应用和图书馆各项业务工作的深入开展以及和谐社会建设,对图书馆员的职业道德素养提出了新的要求。如何顺应时代要求,努力提高新时期图书馆员职业道德素养意义重大。文章从加强图书馆员职业道德素养的重要意义出发,从七个方面阐述了图书馆员应具有的道德素养。
At present, the development of the library is in a new period of transition. The extensive application of modern information technology in libraries and the further development of all kinds of business in the library, as well as the construction of a harmonious society have brought forth new ideas on the professional ethics of librarians Request.
