恶性肿瘤并发高血钙这一临床综合征最早认识于1920年。近来本症在住院病人中是最常遇见的高血钙类型。虽然某些治疗方法对本症有效,但常因机体对药物反应的差异性或药物的毒性而使治疗复杂化,特别是长期治疗。近年来一些新型抗高血钙药物已试用于临床。本文对传统的和新型的抗高血钙药在本症治疗中的地位及治疗方法作一讨论。讨论治疗前先简要回顾一下病理生理。
Malignant tumor complicated with hypercalcemia clinical syndrome first recognized in 1920. Recently, this disease is the most commonly encountered type of hypercalcemia in hospitalized patients. Although some therapies are effective for this disease, the treatment is often complicated by differences in the body’s response to the drug or the toxicity of the drug, especially long-term treatment. In recent years, some new anti-hypercalcemic drugs have been tested in clinical trials. This article discusses the status and treatment of traditional and new anti-hypercalcemia drugs in the treatment of this disease. Briefly review the pathophysiology before discussing treatment.
