施工索赔是承包商维护自身利益,提高施工经济效益的重要手段,在外资工程施工中,索赔尤其重要。 我公司于1995年2月投标承接了韩国大宇公司在山东泗水投资的水泥厂矿山剥离开拓、工业场地平整等工程。在施工过程中,通过几次索赔,我们积累了一些经验和体会。下面谈谈在外资工程施工中索赔的方法和技巧。
