设计了一种基于ZigBee和RFID技术相结合的实验室仪器设备系统管理平台,通过该平台,实现了对实验室仪器设备和学生的管理。用ZigBee传感器网络来定位仪器设备的位置,用RFID技术来识别使用人的身份,仪器可通过对使用人的身份验证结果来决定是否可使用该仪器设备,并记录使用情况以备检查和追溯。RFID读卡器采用NXP公司的13.56MHz的RFID芯片RC522,Zigbee系统采用TI公司的2.4GHz SoC芯片CC2530来搭建。测试结果表明,系统设计运行稳定,仪器定位位置准确,RFID读写速度极快,识别率高,网络稳定性好,有很强的适应性。
A system management platform of laboratory equipment based on ZigBee and RFID technology is designed. Through this platform, the management of laboratory equipment and students is realized. The use of ZigBee sensor network to locate the location of equipment, using RFID technology to identify the user’s identity, the device through the user’s authentication results to determine whether the equipment can be used, and record the usage for inspection and traceability. RFID reader adopts NXP 13.56MHz RFID chip RC522, Zigbee system uses TI’s 2.4GHz SoC chip CC2530 to build. The test results show that the system design is stable, the location of the instrument is accurate, the RFID reading and writing speed is very fast, the recognition rate is high, the network stability is good, and the adaptability is strong.
