患者,女,24岁。因右侧肢体活动不灵伴言语不清3天于1987年4月15日就诊。患者于14岁时常有头痛,当时认为与学习有关。常服镇痛片。而后每年发作3～4次头痛,每次发作先出现眼前发黑。约5～30秒后出现剧烈头痛,以左侧为著,伴恶心呕吐,历时1～3天才完全缓解,间歇期稍有头痛。曾先后诊为“偏头痛”而服麦角胺及苯噻啶等药物治疗。就诊前3天,头痛发作并加重,休息与服药物治疗无效。3天来感
