患者27岁,住院号91037,曾于1988年初孕,孕3月时发生不明原因自然流产。1989年孕第2胎,足月顺产一女婴,营养、智力均发育不良,常患感冒及消化不良。1990年孕第3胎,停经86天,即孕12周时不明原因发热3天伴少量阴道出血,在当地医院曾用青霉素等治疗,效果不显,3天后再次流产。因发热及腹痛于1991年2月25日来我院住院治疗。查体:T38℃,P96次/分,R20次/分,Bp14/8kPa。孕期无感冒,发热及出疹史,全身表浅淋巴结无肿大。心肺听诊无异常,肝、脾未触及。妇科检查:外阴发育正常,宫颈光滑,宫口开大1.5Cm,子
