不孕症是妇科的常见病。在因子宫及输卵管因素引起的不孕症的检查中,子宫输卵管碘油造影术是首选方法。不仅能了解子宫输卵管的发育异常和病理变化,还能了解输卵管的通畅情况。部分病例通过X 线造影术可以使输卵管疏通而妊娠。我院从1987年1月至1991年12月期间,因不孕症行子宫及输卵管碘油造影术100例,现分析报道如下。临床资料1、选择对象:从1987年1月至1991年12月不孕症就诊者,选择其中因子宫及输卵管因素引起的不孕症100例行造影术。年龄24～37岁。原发性不孕
