回顾国内外零售企业发生过的重大火灾事故的实际情况,总结发生火灾的规律和教训,找出商场发生火灾事故的主要原因是非常必要的。找原因是为了更好地接受教训,堵塞漏洞,寻找对策,古人云:“亡羊补牢,未为迟也”。其道理就在于此。从我国一些商场发生火灾的原因分析,概括为两大类。一是直接原因,二是间接原因。所谓直接原因,主要表现在明火、电气、烟头、纵火等。所谓间接原因,主要表现在人们的思想麻痹大意、安全制度不健全、违章作业、设备老化或安全设备失灵、缺乏科学管理等。
It is necessary to review the actual situation of major fire accidents that occurred in domestic and foreign retail enterprises, summarize the laws and lessons of fires, and identify the main causes of fire accidents in shopping malls. The analysis of the causes of fires in some shopping malls in China is summarized in two major categories. One is the direct cause and the second is the indirect cause. The so-called direct causes are mainly manifested in open flames, electricity, cigarette butts, and arson. The so-called indirect causes are mainly manifested in people’s arbitrariness, incomplete security systems, illegal operations, aging equipment, or failure of safety equipment, and lack of scientific management.
