为验证大白鼠胰岛结构的特点,用Karnovski-Dithizon溶液进行灌注,扫描电镜观察。其结果为:胰岛被膜由两层致密的网状纤维和胶原纤维所组成。A细胞多位于胰岛的外周部,呈圆形,平均约8×5×5μm大小,单极分泌;B细胞位于胰岛的中心部分,多角形,平均直径为10μm大小,表面胞浆伸出许多突起和泡状物、颗粒,多极分泌。相邻的B细胞表面,可见纵横交织的“分泌小管”和“分泌小孔”,“分泌小管”与胰岛内毛细血管网相通。A细胞没有这些特点。
To verify the characteristics of rat islet structure, perfusion with Karnovski-Dithizon solution, scanning electron microscopy. The result: islet membrane consists of two layers of dense reticular fibers and collagen fibers. The majority of A cells are located in the periphery of the islets and are round with an average size of about 8 × 5 × 5 μm and are monopolarly secreted. The B cells are located in the central part of the islets and have a polygonal shape with an average diameter of 10 μm. And bubbles, particles, multi-polar secretion. Adjacent B cell surface, showing the criss-cross the “secretion tube” and “secretion hole”, “secretion tube” and islet capillary network connected. A cells do not have these characteristics.
