本文介绍了用免疫显迹法(Immunoblot)测定肿瘤核抗原的方法,以及根据标准蛋白质的电泳相对迁移率计算免疫反应阳性蛋白区带的分子量。所用肿瘤抗原为大鼠Morris肝癌7777染色质组分。该法具有快速、灵敏等优点。同时避免了用同位素标记第二抗体作放射自显影带来的污染等缺点。
This article describes a method for the determination of tumor nuclear antigens by immunoblotting and the calculation of the molecular weight of immunoreactive positive bands based on the relative mobility of standard proteins. The tumor antigen used was rat 7777 Morris hepatoma chromatin component. The law has the advantages of fast, sensitive and so on. While avoiding the use of isotope labeled secondary antibody for autoradiography pollution and other shortcomings.
