为适应企业转型升级创新发展对基层管理人才的需求,人力资源和社会保障部劳动科学研究所日前批准,在新疆中泰集团设立全国企业班组长职务能力实践基地。这是人社部劳科所继中国石油抚顺石化公司之后,在全国企业设立的第二家班组长职务能力实践基地。人社部劳科所职业研究室主任徐艳出席了9月1日在中泰所属华泰公司举行的挂牌仪式,与中泰集团副总经理帕尔哈提·买买提依明共同为实践基地揭牌。
In order to meet the needs of the grass-roots management personnel for the transformation, upgrading and development of enterprises, the Labor Science Research Institute of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security approved recently that the company set up a practice base for the positions of the head of the national enterprise team in Xinjiang Zhongtai Group. This is the second group leader practice ability base set up by enterprises under the Ministry of Labor and Social Sciences following the China Petroleum Fushun Petrochemical Company. Xu Yan, director of the Occupational Research Office of the Institute of Labor and Social Sciences, attended the listing ceremony held by Huatai Company, a subsidiary of China and Thailand, on September 1, and unveiled a joint practice with Parhati Mati and Tianying, deputy general managers of Sino-Thai Group .
