在基层政府民政部门的婚姻登记机构,每月都会办理大量婚姻登记,在《婚姻登记条例》中对婚姻登记的审查程序做了严格的规定,且对从事婚姻登记人员有着严格的培训要求,目的是体现婚姻登记的严谨性,以彰显婚姻的严肃性和神圣性。尽管法律对婚姻登记的规定是严格的,但是在婚姻登记的实践中,出现纰漏的现象也是常有的,因而在实践中大家也经常会对登记瑕疵的法律后果进行探讨。本文从实践出发,将婚姻登记中的瑕疵进行归类,并分析其法律后果,旨在有助于完善婚姻登记。
