目的：探讨Ｂ型超声检查在儿童感染性眼内炎诊断和预后判断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析４４例儿童感染性眼内炎的临床资料，应用ｔ检验分析早期超声检查所见与治疗前后视力变化的关系。结果：Ｂ型超声检查患眼玻璃体混浊程度、有无纤维条索形成以及视网膜有无脱离，与治疗前后视力变化均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：眼Ｂ型超声检查是儿童感染性眼内炎诊断和预后判断的有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of B-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis and prognosis of children’s infectious endophthalmitis. Methods: The clinical data of 44 children with endophthalmitis were retrospectively analyzed. The t-test was used to analyze the relationship between the changes of visual acuity and the changes of visual acuity before and after treatment. Results: The degree of vitreous opacity, presence of fibroids, retinal detachment, and visual acuity before and after treatment in type B ultrasound were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: B-mode ultrasound is an effective method for the diagnosis and prognosis of children’s infectious endophthalmitis.
