依托地方普通高校培养的国防生已成为我国军队生长干部的重要来源,依托培养质量的好坏将直接影响军队干部素质,并对国防和军队现代化建设产生深远影响。本文从依托培养的视角阐述了加强国防生党建工作的重要意义,分析了当前国防生党建工作面临的问题和成因,并从体制、机制等方面进行了改进路径的探讨。
National defense students trained by ordinary local colleges and universities have become an important source of military growth cadres in our country. Rely on the quality of training will directly affect the quality of military cadres and will have a profound impact on the modernization of national defense and the armed forces. This article elaborates the significance of strengthening the work of building a national defense party from the perspective of relying on training and analyzes the problems and causes confronting the work of the party’s defense and medical establishment at present. It also discusses the ways of improvement from the aspects of system and mechanism.
