企业文化因人而盛。2008年以来,全省烟草专卖局系统在省委、省政府和国家烟草专卖局的正确领导下,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,积极践行“国家利益至上、消费者利益至上”行业共同价值观,扎实推进创先争优活动,在烟草专卖执法、现代烟草营销物流建设和现代烟草农业建设等工作中取得了辉煌成就,实现了又好又快发展,为湖南的经济和社会发展作出了积极贡献,并从中涌现了一大批先进集体和先进个人。赵为雄等20名员工被省人力资源和社会保障厅、省烟草专卖局授予“湖南省烟草专卖局系统先进个人”称号,并分别记一、二等功。周胜等9名员工在国家局组织的各类技能竞赛中脱颖而出,成为“全国烟草行业技术能手”。他们,是活跃在我们身边的先进典型,也是湖南烟草商业系统“践行”文化的凝聚者、创造者、实践者代表。
