碱炉的主要燃料是黑液,黑液在炉内燃烧后产生高温烟气与钠盐,在高温下有一部份钠盐升华,在引风机的作用下随烟气流被带至锅炉的受热面管壁上,形成积灰影响传热,严重时还会堵塞烟气通道,影响碱炉与锅炉的安全运行。为了保证尾部烟道畅通与受热面管壁的清洁,要经常进行受热面的吹灰工作.管壁上的碱灰被吹落落入灰斗,然后通过输送机械,把碱灰送入黑液混合槽,碱灰与黑液混合后再送往炉内参与燃烧.我厂新装的百吨碱炉,容量和烟气量都大,被带到尾部的碱尘也多,原安装的碱尘收集与输送系统,投产后由于多方面的原因不好使用,为此我们作了如下一些改进。
