全球化背景下,文化认同已愈发显得重要。作为长期与西方文化接触较多的主体,英语专业的学生与文化认同的关系不言自明。然而,在跨文化交际中,英语专业学生接二连三所发生的“母语文化缺失”既反映出他们对于母语文化认同的困惑与现状,也暴露出他们母语文化素养不足的问题。本文拟从英语专业学生母语文化认同及素养的现状出发,分析造成这一现状的原因,并就此提出相应的对策,以期使他们在全球化过程中,更好的胜任合格的跨文化交际者的角色。
In the context of globalization, cultural identity has become increasingly important. As a long-term main body with more contact with Western culture, English majors and cultural identity is self-evident. However, in the intercultural communication, the “lack of native language culture” happened to English majors in succession reflects not only their perplexity and current status in the recognition of their mother tongue culture, but also their lack of cultural accomplishment in their mother tongue. Based on the current situation of English majors’ cultural identity and literacy, this article analyzes the reasons for this situation and proposes corresponding countermeasures so as to enable them to better qualified transcultural communicators in the process of globalization Character.
