作为经济建设的重要项目,长输管道施工在国民经济建设中发挥着重要的作用。尤其是随着长输管道施工项目的逐渐增多,如何实现长输管道施工成本的控制已经备受关注。文章自材料费、人工费、机械费和质量、工期上,就如何实现长输管道施工的成本控制进行论述。在此基础上,进一步提出了长输管道施工成本控制对策——组建高效率的项目领导班子;成本管理实现责权利结合。文章论述观点,期望能为适应飞速发展的长输管道建设市场,实现管理一流、质量一流、效益一流,从根本上提高企业经济效益,增强市场竞争力。
As an important project of economic construction, long-distance pipeline construction plays an important role in the national economic construction. Especially with the long-distance pipeline construction projects gradually increased, how to achieve the long-distance pipeline construction cost control has drawn much attention. The paper discusses how to realize the cost control of long distance pipeline construction from the material fee, labor cost, mechanical fee and quality, and construction period.
