我在担任花卉栽培课教学的过程中,坚持从技工教育的需要出发,使教学内容紧密联系实际,并逐步形成了一套与之相适应的教学方法,收到良好效果。同时也不断丰富了自己的理论知识和实践经验,能随着生产发展去把握教学各环节的主动权。下面谈谈数年来自己的一些做法:一、精心组织教学我校园林绿化专业自1988年开办以来,一直面向全省招生,学生毕业后又回到原地(单位)。为培养学生能理解掌握本地区主要花卉的繁殖栽培技术,具有能种会管的实际能力,成为合格技术工人,在教学中我始终注意教什么和怎样教的问题。
