Chromosomal equilibrium translocations occur in about 0.5% of the population and include the equilibrium translocations between autosomes or sex chromosomes and autosomes. By 1982, 105 cases of translocations between the X and autosomes were reported and all autosomes were found to be translocated to the X chromosome. ①
