[目的]了解合肥市两水厂水源水与饮用水中7种邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)及3种双酚类(BPs)化合物的污染水平及其水期分布特征。[方法]选择10个具有代表性的采样点,采集合肥市A、B两水厂的水源水、出厂水及管网末梢水,分别采用固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定7种PAEs,固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测3种BPs。[结果]邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-丁氧基)乙酯、双酚B及双酚F在所有水样中均未被检出。两水厂不同水期∑PAEs和双酚A(BPA)检出含量分别为2.73~8.14μg/L、9.57~15.70 ng/L(水源水),1.91~5.06μg/L、nd~2.74 ng/L(出厂水)和1.12~6.59μg/L、1.03~3.01 ng/L(管网末梢水)。污染水平呈不同的水期分布特征,∑PAEs为丰水期>枯水期>平水期,BPA为枯水期>平水期>丰水期。两水厂的水处理工艺对PAEs及BPA的清除无统计学差异。[结论]合肥市水源与饮用水不同程度地受到PAEs和BPA的污染;与国内外其他地区相比,污染处于相对较低水平。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the pollution levels and the distribution characteristics of seven kinds of phthalates (PAEs) and three kinds of bisphenols (BPs) in water and drinking water of Hefei Waterworks. [Method] Ten representative sampling points were selected to collect water source water, factory water and pipe network water of A and B water plants in Hefei City. Seven kinds of PAEs were determined by solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry Phase Extraction - Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography - Tandem Mass Spectrometry. [Result] Butyl phthalate, di (2-butoxy) ethyl phthalate, bisphenol B and bisphenol F were not detected in all water samples. The contents of ΣPAEs and BPA at different water stages were 2.73 ~ 8.14μg / L and 9.57 ~ 15.70 ng / L, 1.91 ~ 5.06μg / L and nd ~ 2.74 ng / L (factory water) and 1.12 ~ 6.59μg / L, 1.03 ~ 3.01 ng / L (pipe network water). Pollution levels showed different water period distribution characteristics, ΣPAEs for wet season> dry season> flat water period, BPA for dry season> flat water period> wet season. Two water treatment plant water treatment of PAEs and BPA no significant difference. [Conclusion] The sources of water and drinking water in Hefei were polluted to varying degrees by PAEs and BPA. Compared with other regions at home and abroad, the pollution was at a relatively low level.
