由中共四川省委宣传部、省委党史研究室、省社科联、中共达县地委联合主办的川陕老区建设与发展理论研讨会”于10月11日至13日在地处川陕革命根据地中心的达县举行。来自北京、陕西以及四川从事社会科学研究的专家、学者和新闻、出版工作者,川陕革命老区各地、市、县的党政负责人共200余人参加了研讨会。会议收到论文、专著70余篇(部)。与会同志比较集中地研讨了川陕革命根据地在中国革命史上的地位、作用以及巴山红军精神的基本内涵
