近年来,随着国际形势的变化和国内经济的发展,我国西南地区的边境贸易活动日趋活跃,发展十分迅速。当前,“重兴南方丝绸之路,走向东南亚,开发大西南”已构成为西南地区加速对外开放步伐的重要战略措施。认真研究和探讨我省参与西南边贸,对于更好地实行全方位对外开放,多层次、多渠道地参与国际经济竞争,振兴我省经济,打通走向缅甸和东南亚出口渠道有着重要的意义。
In recent years, with the changes in the international situation and the development of the domestic economy, border trade activities in the southwestern region of our country have become increasingly active and have developed rapidly. At present, “reviving the South Silk Road, moving toward Southeast Asia and developing the Greater Southwest” has constituted an important strategic measure for accelerating the pace of opening to the outside world in the southwestern region. It is of great significance for us to seriously study and discuss the participation of our province in the border trade of Southwest China in order to better implement the policy of opening to the outside world at all levels, participate in international economic competition at multiple levels and in multiple channels, rejuvenate the economy of our province and open up export channels to Myanmar and Southeast Asia.
