中小学里所设置的各门学科,都是相互联系的,要培养德、智、体、美全面发展的新人,不是一门学科能单独完成的,应当加强学科之间的横向联系。学科之间的横向联系,可以唤起学生的联想,加深学生对所学知识的记忆,开阔学生的视野,提高学生的想象思维能力,使单一的教学向综合性的教学发展,使平面教学向立体化教学发展。因此说,学科之间的横向联系,是当前教学改革中值得探索的一个方面。
