环境造就人,人也可以改造环境。可见优化环境对于育人的重要性。环境是指整个社会,学校是社会的一部分,就育人来说又是很重要的一部分。我们社会主义学校担负着培养造就“有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”的杜会主义新人的神圣任务,更需要有一个良好的育人环境。 思想政治领域中是没有真空地带的,社会主义思想不去占领,资本主又思想必然会去占领。近年来,由于资产阶级自由化思潮泛滥,坚持四项基本原则不够一贯,致使自由主又、极端个人主义、金钱至上思想滋生蔓延,不少青少年深受毒害,理想丧失,群体意识差,缺乏艰苦奋斗和助人为乐的奉献精神,个别学生甚至走上了犯罪的道路。广大干部、群众和家长对此反映强烈,深感忧虑。

In recent years, due to the proliferation of bourgeois liberalization and the persistence of the four basic principles, resulting in the proliferation of free masters, extreme individualism, and money supremacy, many young people are poisoned, lost their ideals, lacked in group awareness, and lacked hardship. With dedication and hard work, individual students have even embarked on the road to crime. The cadres, the masses, and parents strongly expressed this concern and were deeply worried.
