哈汽厂一台２００ＭＷ机组原先设计为高中压缸联合启动的再热机组，为了改为中压缸启动，必须对调节系统进行改造。作者叙述了中压缸启动对调节系统的要求，提出了调节系统的改造方案，并分析了改造后调节系统的静态特性和安全可靠性。图４表１
