项目背景本住宅位于宁波市春晓镇——一个普通的滨海小村,是建筑师本人度过童年的地方。传统的水平扁平的农村结构保存完好,朴实而无华。祖传的宅基地约250m2,本宅在原二间农舍基础上扩建而来,作为度假和母亲的栖身之所。面对当今农村以千百万计的“洋房”别墅,本住宅尝试用另一种平和朴素的角度来诠释生活本身的简单性。设计理念此宅采用当地产红砖及预制板,用作度假及临时工作室。总体布局采用向心式平面及厚重的砖墙隐喻强烈内向化的住宅哲学。全部建材及家具采用乡间常用材,表达最朴素的生活观。结构采用砖混结构,框架完全自由,梁柱游离在墙与楼板(预制板)之间,营造出流动结构化空间。内部空间呈现的线
Project Background The residence is located in Chunxiao Town, Ningbo City, an ordinary seaside village where the architects spent their childhood. The traditional horizontal flat rural structure is well preserved, plain and unsophisticated. Ancestral homestead about 250m2, the house in the original two farmhouses built on the expansion, as a resort and mother’s shelter. In the face of millions of villas in rural areas today, this home tries to explain the simplicity of life itself in a more peaceful and plain way. Design concept This home uses local red brick and prefabricated panels, as a resort and temporary studio. The overall layout adopts the metaphor of strongly inward-looking residential philosophy with a centripetal plane and thick brick walls. All materials and furniture used in the country common wood, the most simple expression of the concept of life. The structure is made of brick-concrete structure with completely free frame. The beam and column are free between the wall and the slab (prefabricated slab) to create a fluid structured space. Rendering of the interior space
