社会主义市场经济体制确立后,诸多传统医疗管理体制无法实施,甚至难以想象的满足医疗服务特殊需要的医疗活动则相继出现,并逐步成为当前社会与群众密切关注的医疗服务热点。而医疗市场的形成,是市场经济发展的必然结果。市场经济的核心是竞争,竞争的焦点是市场需求,谁能满足市场的需求,谁就发展兴旺;谁不能满足市场的需求,谁就被市场淘汰。竞争是发展的压力,压力是发展的动力,动力可以推动事业的发展。
