为明确混凝土收缩徐变对横向拼接桥梁受力性能的影响,本文以某改扩建连续刚构桥为依托,采用有限元分析方法,考虑两座桥梁建成时间的不同,进行了混凝土收缩徐变差异对桥梁内力的影响分析。结果表明,混凝土收缩徐变速度不一致,两座桥梁的混凝土收缩徐变效应差异显著;随着拼接时间的延迟,混凝土收缩和徐变差异引起的桥梁内力变化趋势逐渐减弱,并且分别于重建桥建成1年、6个月后进行2座桥梁的拼接,其内力变化趋势趋于平缓;根据分析结果提出了合理的桥梁横向拼接时间。
In order to clarify the effect of concrete shrinkage and creep on the mechanical behavior of transverse spliced bridges, this paper, based on a modified continuous rigid frame bridge, finite element analysis method, taking into account the different completion time of two bridges, the concrete shrinkage and creep difference Impact Analysis on Internal Force of Bridge. The results show that the shrinkage and creep of concrete are inconsistent, and the difference of shrinkage and creep of the two bridges is significant. With the delay of splicing time, the change of internal force of bridge due to the difference of shrinkage and creep of concrete gradually declines, After 1 year and 6 months, two bridges were spliced together, and the trend of their internal force tended to be gentle. Based on the analysis results, a reasonable bridge transverse splicing time was proposed.
