历经１５年艰苦谈判历程，中国加入世界贸易组织终于成为现实。加入ＷＴＯ将给我国经济及人民生活带来巨大的影响，为使读者详尽了解谈判过程及相关原则，本刊在中国物流与采购联合会法律事务部协助下，邀请部分曾参与谈判的专家撰写一组系列文章，从本期起陆续刊登，以飨读者。
After 15 years of hard negotiations, China’s accession to the World Trade Organization has finally become a reality. The accession to the WTO will bring tremendous influence to our country’s economy and people’s life. In order to give readers a detailed understanding of the negotiation process and relevant principles, the journal, with the assistance of the Legal Affairs Department of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, invited some experts who participated in the negotiation to write a Group series of articles, published from this issue one after another to readers.
