研制宽带传输性能良好的高频接头是用同轴线法测量纵向阻抗的一个技术关键 .介绍根据同轴器件设计中的错位过渡和共平面补偿的原理 ,利用MAFIA软件设计高频接头的方法 .利用该方法 ,已成功地设计了一种可同时完成拉紧内导体细丝和阻抗匹配两种功能的高频接头 ;优化设计后 ,模拟计算结果为 2 0GHz带宽内反射系数小于 0 1 ,加工件初测已达到 1 7GHz内反射系数基本小于 0 2的良好效果 .
To develop a high frequency connector with good broadband transmission performance is a key technology to measure the longitudinal impedance by the coaxial cable method.According to the principle of misalignment and coplanar compensation in coaxial device design, a method of designing high frequency connector by MAFIA software is introduced. Using this method, a high-frequency connector capable of simultaneously tapping the inner conductor filaments and impedance matching functions has been successfully designed. After optimization, the simulation results show that the reflection coefficient within the bandwidth of 20 GHz is less than 0.1, A preliminary test has reached the 1 7GHz reflection coefficient is basically less than 0 2 good results.
