自从1988年8月党中央、国务院批准实施“火炬计划”以来,我国先后建立了52个国家级高新技术产业开发区和50多个省级开发区,认定了12000家高新技术企业,组织实施近7000项“火炬计划”项目,到1994年底,工业总产值突破千亿元大关。52个国家级高新技术开发区累计实现技工贸总收入1930亿元,高新技术产品产值1632亿元,利税244亿元,其中1994年实现技工贸总收入942亿元,高新技术产值852亿元,利税110亿元。国家级火炬计划项目累计组织实施1860项,地方级项目5049项,实现
Since the Party Central Committee and the State Council approved the implementation of the “Torch Plan” in August 1988, China has successively established 52 state-level high-tech industrial development zones and over 50 provincial-level development zones, identified 12,000 high-tech enterprises and organized the implementation of the “ 7000 ”Torch Plan" project, by the end of 1994, total industrial output exceeded 100 billion yuan mark. 52 state-level high-tech development zones have achieved aggregate revenues of 193 billion yuan in technology, industry and trade, 163.2 billion yuan in output of high-tech products and 24.4 billion yuan in profits and taxes. Among them, the total revenue from technology, industry and trade amounted to 94.2 billion yuan in 1994, 85.2 billion yuan in hi- Yuan, profits and taxes 11 billion yuan. A total of 1,860 state-level Torch Program projects were organized and implemented, with 5049 local-level projects implemented
