新形势下企业要想获得更深层次发展,在激烈的市场竞争中占据优势,就必须高度重视人力资源,进而依据企业自身实际情况制定切实可行的发展战略。随着我国经济的迅猛发展,传统人力资源管理模式已经不能顺应社会发展需要,因而企业需要采取多种措施更新人力资源管理模式,使企业与同行业相比在规模、技术、人才等方面占据绝对优势,对于公路企业更是如此,其在发展过程中既要注重经济效益,还要注重社会效益,根本性提升公路企业核心竞争,在各方面都得到保障的情况下,使得企业经济效益最优化。本文以分析加强公路企业人力资源管理重要性为切入点,并在这个基础之上找出提高公路企业经济效益的对策,以此为广大研究者提供简单理论支撑。
Under the new situation, if an enterprise wants to obtain a deeper development and occupy an advantage in fierce market competition, it must attach great importance to human resources, and then formulate a feasible development strategy based on the actual situation of the enterprise itself. With the rapid economic development in our country, the traditional human resource management model can no longer meet the needs of social development. Therefore, enterprises need to take various measures to update the human resource management mode so that enterprises occupy absolute proportions in terms of scale, technology and talent compared with their counterparts This is especially true for highway enterprises. In the course of their development, they should not only pay attention to economic benefits, but also pay attention to social benefits and fundamentally enhance the core competition of highway enterprises. Under all circumstances, the economic benefits of enterprises are optimized . Based on the analysis of the importance of strengthening human resources management in highway enterprises, this article finds out the countermeasures to improve the economic benefits of highway enterprises, and provides simple theoretical support to the researchers.
