在短暂的八年中,《特区经济》已经走过她的初创、成长、壮大的光辉历程,成为中国经济类核心期刊、广东省十佳期刊。我热烈祝贺她在八年中已经取得的卓越业绩,期望她以更加高昂奋进的姿态迈向21世纪! 我是一名普通读者,又是一名从事财经工作53年的普通工作人员。从1944年开始,我就在报刊上发表文章,开始了一边工作,一边“爬格子”的生涯,从中我悟出一个道理:相人才要有伯乐,相文章也要靠伯乐。八年来,我同《特区经济》常有交往,从他们处理稿件的实践来看,我发现《特区经济》编辑部中就有相文章的伯乐,他们鉴别文章独具慧眼。这个慧眼说来容易,做起来可就难了。难就难在怎样才能掌握好四项基本原则的界限和分寸,在这个界限和分寸之内,允许不同论点的讨论,放手让不同观点撞击。我认为,《特区经济》之所以办得生动活泼。就在于《特区经济》编辑部诸公掌握了区分符合与不符合四项基本原则的界限与分寸,这样他们就能
In a short period of eight years, “Special Economic Zone” has gone through her start-up, growth and expansion of the glorious course of becoming China’s core economic journals, Guangdong Province Top Ten journals.
