刘宗发撰文指出,加强和改进思想政治工作,必须加大科学含量。这个科学含量,既包括社会科学,也包括自然科学,而思想政治工作首先应加大社会科学含量。 首先,在对思想政治工作对象的认识上,应加大科学含量。思想政治工作的对象是“人”。在对“人”的认识上,应把握五点: 一、要把握“人的本质”。在以公有制为主体的社会主义社会里,人的本质应该是集体主义和为人民服务。 二、要把握“人的需要”。思想政治工作,一方面应满足人们的物质生活需要,另一方面要满足人们的精神生活需要。
