对离子束电子束原子束结合技术制备的ZrO2·Y2O3—NiCoCrAlY陶瓷热障涂层进行了1100℃、70h的等温氧化实验。研究了涂层高温氧化前后组成元素分布的特征,并对结果作了相应的讨论。
The isothermal oxidation experiments of ZrO2 · Y2O3-NiCoCrAlY ceramic thermal barrier coatings prepared by ion beam electron beam atomic beam bonding technique were carried out at 1100 ℃ for 70h. The characteristics of the compositional distribution of the coating before and after high temperature oxidation were studied, and the results were discussed accordingly.
