目的探讨普伐他汀在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及生活质量中的作用。方法 112例COPD患者,随机分为观察组和实验组,每组56例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上另加普伐他汀。治疗后通过肺功能检测、耐力检测以及憋气实验观察两组患者的肺功能情况,并对比两组患者治疗后的生活质量变化。结果对照组患者的憋气时间(12.94±3.10)s、一秒率(45.07±5.30)%、肺活量(1.54±0.40)L、用力肺活量(1.21±0.12)L均低于实验组的(24.05±5.00)s、(70.50±7.40)%、(2.17±0.51)L、(1.90±8.50)L(P<0.05);对照组的总体生活质量(61.41±10.49)分、心理功能(25.81±4.58)分、生理功能(14.57±3.50)分、身体感觉(5.30±1.37)分健康指标评分均低于实验组的(66.48±10.57)、(30.94±4.18)、(21.50±5.11)、(7.34±1.52)分(P<0.05)。结论普伐他汀用于治疗COPD可有效改善患者的肺功能,控制病症发展,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the role of pravastatin in improving pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods One hundred and twelve patients with COPD were randomly divided into observation group and experimental group with 56 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment. Patients in the experimental group were given pravastatin on the basis of conventional treatment. After treatment, pulmonary function test, endurance test and breath hold test were used to observe the pulmonary function of the two groups. The quality of life of the two groups was compared after treatment. Results Compared with the experimental group, the control group had significantly longer durations of breath holding (12.94 ± 3.10 s), one second rate (45.07 ± 5.30)%, vital capacity (1.54 ± 0.40) L and forced vital capacity (1.21 ± 0.12) L ), (70.50 ± 7.40)%, (2.17 ± 0.51) L, (1.90 ± 8.50) L (P <0.05). The control group had an overall quality of life (61.41 ± 10.49) and a psychologic function (25.81 ± 4.58) (14.57 ± 3.50) and body sensation (5.30 ± 1.37) were all lower than those of the experimental group (66.48 ± 10.57), (30.94 ± 4.18), (21.50 ± 5.11) and (7.34 ± 1.52) Points (P <0.05). Conclusion Pravastatin can be used to treat COPD effectively to improve lung function, control the development of disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
