有色矿产综合利用获支持财政部、国土资源部3月26日联合发布修订后的《矿产资源节约与综合利用专项资金管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)。与原《办法》将专项资金用于矿山不同,新《办法》明确专项资金将重点支持大型骨干矿业集团,开展示范基地建设工作。《办法》提出,专项资金重点支持提高矿产资源开采回采率、选矿回收率和综合利用率,低品位、共伴生、难选冶及尾矿资源
