三叶豆(Cajanus cajan(L)Mill SP)是我国新老紫胶产区紫胶虫Loccifer lacca Kell的优良寄主。为多年生灌木,具有生长快、投产早、产胶量高、胶质好等优点。一般2年生即可放胶;在广东、广西、福建等省,1年生即可投产。但三叶豆树形小,耐虫力较乔木寄主差,放胶量过多,常导致三叶豆成片死亡。为寻求三叶豆树的适宜放种量,我们作了夏、冬两代放养试验。现将试验所得初步结果整理如下,供作进一步探讨。
Cajanus cajan (L.) Mill SP is an excellent host of Loccifer lacca Kell, a new and old Lac production region in China. For perennial shrubs, with fast growth, put into operation early, high yield of plastic, good glial and so on. Generally 2 years to put plastic; in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and other provinces, one year can be put into operation. But trifolia small tree, tolerance than the poor host of the tree, put too much glue, often lead to clover into pieces died. In order to seek the appropriate amount of clover tree planting, we made summer and winter two generations of stocking test. The preliminary results of the trial are summarized below, for further discussion.
