1994年全市25个基层卫生院在各级政府的关心支持下,不断抢抓机遇、转变观念、增强竞争意识,破除“守院待患”的旧思想、旧模式。主动适应社会主义市场经济体制,医疗经济活动取得了可喜的成绩,1994年业务收入突破6000万元大关,人均业务收入4.1万元。但是,在业务经济活动中也存在和暴露出以下几方面的问题,这些问题的解决,是今后卫生事业深化改革的关键。
In 1994, the 25 grass-roots health centers across the city, with the support of governments at all levels, continuously seized opportunities, changed concepts, heightened sense of competition, and eliminated old ideas and old patterns of “keeping hospitals waiting for patients”. Actively adapting to the socialist market economic system, the medical economic activities have made gratifying achievements. In 1994, business income exceeded 60 million yuan, and per capita business income was 41,000 yuan. However, there are also the following problems in the business economic activities. The solution to these problems is the key to the deepening reform of the health industry in the future.
