目的:初步探讨心肌康对小鼠应激能力的影响及该制剂的毒性情况。方法:通过测定心肌康对小鼠游泳时间及常压缺氧条件下的存活时间,来观察心肌康对小鼠应激能力的影响;同时作最大耐受量试验观察该制剂的安全性。结果:心肌康可显著延长小鼠游泳时间及常压耐缺氧时间,最大耐受量试验无小鼠死亡。结论:心肌康可显著提高小鼠抗应激能力,并且安全无毒。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Xinjikang on the stress ability of mice and the toxicity of the preparation. METHODS: The effects of Xinjikang on swimming time and the survival time under normobaric and hypoxic conditions were measured to observe the effect of Xinjikang on the stress ability of mice. At the same time, the maximum tolerated dose test was used to observe the safety of the preparation. RESULTS: Myocardium could significantly prolong the swimming time of mice and the hypoxia tolerance at normal pressure. No death was observed in the maximal tolerance test. Conclusion: Myocardium can significantly improve the anti-stress ability of mice, and it is safe and non-toxic.
