首次对我国现代五项运动员在安静状态、运动状态及恢复期进行了UCG 测量,研究了现代五项男运动员心脏形态结构、泵血功能及血流动力学特点,初步结论如下:1)通过测量分析获得了我国现代五项男运动员心脏形态及功能的基础数据;2)我国现代五项男运动员的心脏功能,从群体上看,尚不够理想;3)现代五项男运动员心脏形态结构与耐力项目运动员相似;4)在运动员心脏形态及功能近似的情况下左室EDD 和SV 仍可较敏感地反映出其心脏功能的差别。
For the first time, the UCG measurements of modern pentathletes in quiet state, exercise state and recovery period were studied. The morphology, blood pump function and hemodynamic characteristics of modern pentathletes were studied. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) The basic data of heart shape and function of modern pentathletes in China are analyzed and analyzed. 2) The heart function of modern pentathletes in China is not ideal enough from the group point of view. 3) The morphological structure and endurance of modern pentathletes Project athletes are similar; 4) Left ventricular EDD and SV can still reflect the difference of cardiac function more sensitively in the condition that athletes’ cardiac morphology and function are similar.
