[目的]探讨轻亮胶囊对小鼠的抗辐射保护作用。[方法]用KM种小鼠连续14 d给予0.35、0.70和1.40 g/kg(分别相当于推荐人用量的5倍、10倍和20倍)轻亮胶囊灌胃,经3Gy60Co-r射线辐照后,继续给予受试物至17~28d。检测小鼠的外周血及骨髓。[结果]受试物高剂量组能够明显对抗并减轻外周血白细胞数的减少(辐照3 d升高57.1%;辐照14 d升高61.1%)、骨髓有核细胞数的减少(抑制率由42.5%减少到22.8%)、微核细胞数的增多(抑制率为22.6%)和血清溶血素水平的降低(增加率31.6%)。[结论]轻亮胶囊具有抗辐射作用。
[Objective] To explore the anti-radiation protective effects of light capsule on mice. [Methods] The KM mice were given 0.35, 0.70 and 1.40 g/kg (equivalent to 5 times, 10 times and 20 times of the recommended amount) for 14 consecutive days. The light capsules were intragastrically administered and irradiated by 3Gy60Co-r rays. After that, continue to give the test substance to 17-28 days. The peripheral blood and bone marrow of the mice were examined. [Results] The high-dose group of test substance could significantly reduce and reduce the decrease of white blood cell count in peripheral blood (57.1% increase after 3 days irradiation, 61.1% increase after 14 days irradiation), and decrease the number of bone marrow nucleated cells (inhibition rate) From 42.5% to 22.8%), the increase in the number of micronuclei cells (inhibition rate was 22.6%) and the decrease in serum hemolysin levels (increase rate 31.6%). [Conclusion] The light capsule has anti-radiation effect.
